Learning Years is proud of its long-term, permanent, and professionally-trained teachers. Learning Years strives to provide teachers with the training resources and the freedom to create unique learning experiences in an environment which supports children’s development. Teachers combine academic preparation with practical experience to produce an environment for children that is healthy, safe, and filled with activities to satisfy their interests.

Every year, Learning Years requires each teacher to participate and complete many hours of workshops (offered in-house, through colleges, early childhood education organizations, and community sponsored classes) directed toward the age of the children with whom they work.

All employees and volunteers are required to have a statewide criminal record check before they may begin working at Learning Years.
